Frac Normandie, Caen

Frac Normandie presented Un pour Cent, a film made during my residency in the commune of Caumont-sur-Aure.

The film follows the disappearance of the purple beech from Place Saint-Clair in Caumont-sur-Aure, a monumental tree that stood in the center of the town for more than a century.

The project documents the attempts of local residents to preserve the memory of the tree.
