A proposal to twin the cities of Paris and Alepo to offer a 2nd Bouquet of Tulips to the victims of the conflicts in Syria over the last ten years.

nb: “Bouquet of Tulips” is a sculpture by the artist Jeff Koons located in the Champs-Élysées gardens near the Petit Palais in Paris, in tribute to the victims of all the terrorist attacks in 2015 and 2016.
